For indoor sport courts, we have two recommended models:  Tayapro and Tayaplus. For these two models, before installing the modular tiles, a layer of rubber rolls is very necessary. 

On the one hand, the rubber roll layer could help improve the shock absorption ability of the court surface, which could protect players' knees and ankles effectively, on the other hand, it could help decrease the knocking noise between the modular tiles and the ground. Additionally, as the rubber rolls have elasticity, it could provide a more flat sub-base for the modular tiles, which makes the court surface more stable and flat after installation. 

Usually we recommend 3mm thickness rubber rolls, if the thickness is too small, the rubber rolls will broke easily, if the thickness is larger, the cost will be higher. The already installed indoor sport courts have proved 3mm thickness is a wise option. 

The rubber rolls choose to use 100% recycled raw materials, no pungent smell, and has vert excellent durability, not easy to tear up, which could guarantee the sub-base keep in a very good condition after years of use.
